Greenbean Technologies has developed a robost and versital open source software for most user's needs and provides it for your use at no cost. But the real value Greenbean provides is a turnkey instructure to mine and manage data and a powerful REST API to use the data however you see fit. See here for a quick example which literally took a few hours to create.

The API is documented by Swagger, and building automation data can be queried and displayed with zero HVAC exerience.

Several available queries allow you to perform the following:

• Quickly query individual preconfigured points and charts.
• Perform custom queries specifying your exact desired results.

Points and charts are easily created and configured by the user in the admin panel and each will generate a unique ID.

To retreive thise points and charts, simply send their IDs to the server as shown below.
